Amira and pastry making

Amira is one of the alumni of ‘Bokra Biki’ project, which is funded by the Egyptian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency in Kom Badar village – Sohag Governorate. She has accomplished the training sessions of the technical and life skills and entrepreneurship. After that, she has worked in Kom Badar unit for food industries that the project has established. During her work in the unit, she has acquired some skills and learned how to deal with the labor market and its demands which helped her to achieve her goal as she has started her own business in food and pastry making, and thus earned a continuous income. Moreover, she has made the cake for the closing ceremony of the project in Sohag Governorate.
