Al Amal for Handicrafts

‘Al Amal for handicrafts’ unit is located at one of Asyut villages. It’s characterized by having all the female workers with special needs and they are well- trained on making all the handicrafts besides they are trained on the life skills and entrepreneurship.

The unit produces knitting, crochet, kids’ puppets, bedspread embroidery, brides’ needs (including decorated laundry baskets – tissues’ boxes – home baskets – accessories – fiber quilts) in addition to baby shower’s needs and also marketing of these products on the shops in the area.

The unit has taken part in some of the governorate’s exhibitions and productive families.
