P.T.S Study

P.T.S. Study project is funded by the International Youth Organization and aims to train 120 female graduates of technical schools from Greater Cairo on “Passport for Success” program. The project also focuses on preparing female graduates to the career market and bridging the gap between their skills and the market requirements through developing their personalities and training them on how to adapt with the work environment. At the end of the project, a job fair was held where they had an opportunity to apply for several jobs and reach different companies that participated in the job fair.
