Mashro3na Project – Assiut

Mashro3na is a project funded by Sawiris Foundation for Social Development. It aims at empowering and economically enabling 350 young men and women aging 18-35 years old. Having established production units in Assiut governorate, E-ERA provided the youth with the qualifications they need to work within these units through several professional, life skills, entrepreneurship, and technical trainings. The purpose of these trainings was to qualify them in different fields, such as textile industries, handicrafts, maintenance of electronic devices, food industries and packaging, kindergarten supervising, and teaching.
