Alashanik
Alashanik project aimed at training and employing 1000 girls and women from Greater Cairo, Beni Suef, and Assiut. E-ERA adopted the curriculum “Passport to Success” developed by the International Youth Organization in addition to the technical trainings in the following fields, where job opportunities were offered, (Customer service, secretariat, computer maintenance). Furthermore, young females were encouraged and supported to start their own projects in a variety of fields such as sewing, kindergarten, and food industries).
