Avalon Sustainability School

E-ERA has signed a cooperative agreement with the Avalon Sustainability School in Spain. E-ERA is working on the selection of two students on partial funding basis. Avalon Sustainability School organizes experiential learning experiences to provide the time and space for young people (aged 13 to 19) to engage in intercultural exchange, share values, learn new skills, improve English language, have fun and gain competence in outdoor leadership, creativity and sustainability. Avalon aims to contribute to the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development, is inspired by Gaia Education, recognized by RCE Barcelona and co-organized by the Spanish registered non for profit cooperative Barcelonya in collaboration with UK company Active Earth Learning. The camps are facilitated by experienced outdoor educators, social entrepreneurs and English teachers. (www.avalon-school.org)
