An intellectually enriching gathering to discuss today’s instability and conflicts as well as the culture of accepting the other through reflecting on Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird. The Arabic translation of the novel will be discussed through the seminar. This special event will be held at Pyramisa Hotel- Isis Hall. Many important figures are going to attend this event such as :
- Dr. Sahar El-Mougy, Assistant Professor of Literature, English Department, Cairo University and a novelist
- Dr. Maher Shafik Farid, Professor of Translation and Poetry, English department, Cairo University
- Dr. Salwa Kamel, Professor of Linguistics, English Department, Cairo University
- Dr. Dalia El Shayal, Associate Professor of American Literature, English Department, Cairo University(Translator of To Kill a Mockingbird)

“Between You and Me” session:
E-ERA will hold a session on 24th of June at Integrated care Society (ICS) by Mr. Abou El So’od Ibrahim, a journalist and general manager of Al-Ahram center for translation and publication at Al-Ahram newspaper. The session will tackle some of the legends found on Between You and Me CDs.
